He found strong evidence to suggest that the cabin and oil filters had literally never been replaced before i took it to him, among other major issues, despite having used exclusively Honda service centers before now. When he found evidence of an oil leak from the transmission, he insisted that he would make himself available as late as it took to get me back in as soon as he could possibly get replacement oil in order to minimize my time on the road without fixing and risk of damage to the car."
