"The guys at VIP were so helpful when I needed new tires and a state inspection (I was a few days past due.. woops!). They did the best they could to find me tires that fit my budget but would also be safest on the road. They also looked for the best possible discounts for me (AAA, upcoming promotions, etc). "I brought our Jeep in for it's annual inspection mid-late afternoon a couple weeks ago. It's a 2020 with 10k miles on it, great condition. I wasn't expecting to have any issues with it, but a gentleman came out from the garage and let Chris, the Store Manager, know that shockingly there was an issue. Chris told me to head out to the garage with the technician to see what was going on. This alone was great, because no garage ever takes the time to show you what you need, they just tell you and you take their word for it. The technician explained to me that unfortunately, and he was sorry because it was so new/had so few miles, that I would need to replace the rear breaks in order to pass inspection. He showed me the front brake to the back brakes and explained/pointed out the differences and issues. Chris found any way he could to help alleviate some of the cost by working through possible discounts that may work for me and we found one that did, AAA. They were able to order the necessary parts right away, fit me in first thing the next morning at opening time, and we're done within a couple of hours. Every time I go back to VIP, I'm always happy with my decision. They care for their customers and aren't just in it for the business. I will keep on going back, as a matter of fact I'm bringing our other vehicle in today for regular maintenance!"
