"This is the first time I ever felt racially profiled. My spouse went to the fitting room to try some clothes on. There staff first kept checking on our status to see if we needed help which was fine, I just thought that they were doing there job but then I realized that a security guard appeared out of nowhere and walked twice to the fitting area for no reason then stood in the front of the store. After my spouse was done we went to the cashier and I can see the staff talking to the security guard and once they seen us they complete stopped their conversation and went the opposite way as if someone was speaking behind your back. I had approached one of the staffs to address them on how they were making us feel. The only thing they had as a response was “our supervisor is coming and that’s the reason why the security was there” it was completely cap. One of the male staffs that just got in for his shift approached me and apologized because he noticed what was going on and what his staff was doing and even related that his mom gets profiled all the time. Once we paid and even applied and got approved for a credit card the security guard left lol. What a joke. God was with me because I almost karate chopped the security guard and the staff that made me and my spouse feel uncomfortable . I could only imagine who else experienced something similar. American eagle headquarters should address this problem and there fitting room situations."

"This is the second time I’ve purchased jeans here and both times they have failed to take off the plastic security thing attached to the jeans. I just left for a work trip and now cannot wear the jeans after trying to rip the things off. This is the last purchase I’ll ever make from American Eagle. And I will be retiring the now ruined jeans for new ones"

"We were getting cashed out during crazy busy Black Friday morning and the computer system went down - ALL the cashiers, the manager and other staff were wonderful! They immediately started trouble shooting and calming everyone in line. They were professional, courteous and handled their early morning crisis wonderfully! (We’ve been in many other times and they’re always great)"

"Well, though they had the style I wanted, they didn't have the size I needed for my son. There have been quite a few clothing items I have purchased that my boys loved and I cannot find again. They never seem to have enough sizes available or keep the styles we like in stock. Young lady behind the counter was very nice and tried to order on line for me but alas, all the items I wanted were out of stock."
