"I love the clothing styles that they sell! The clothes that you get are fairly good quality for what you pay. FYI they have a small size range (most of the stuff is XS, S, or M) which is fine for me because I am in that size range, but if you do some digging I'm pretty sure they have a few pieces in larger sizes."

"My wife was just injured in the Merrimack Loft outlet from a falling sign inside the store. Accidents happen, but the reaction from the staff was absolutely atrocious. First an employee came by to pick up the sign and didn’t even stop to ask if she was ok or to offer apologies. Then after asking to speak to a manager, she had to wait nearly 20 minutes to talk to someone. The manager finally came by and offered an ice pack, but no sense of concern or apology. She didn’t fill out any paperwork, she didn’t offer to bring in any medical care (mall services or anything), and she didn’t even consider that the employee that ignored her should be addressed. Just “sorry for that happening, have a nice day…”"

"The Loft store in Boston has nice deals, but this outlet was wonderful too! The dressing room attendants we're helpful in setting up a dressing room while I was shopping. There was a numerous selection to choose from, the store wasn't overcrowded either. I'd definitely recommend this store at the outlet if you like The Loft."

"I visited this store today and was very taken aback at the fact that of the six employees standing around, not one of them greeted me, asked me if I needed help or wished me a good afternoon as I walked out...not one single word was uttered to me...a paying customer. I will never shop there again! Basic customer service skills need to be part of the training if you are choosing to work in retail. Also, in my opinion, it’s basic human decency to say hello to someone when they enter your place of employment. I’m only giving one star because it’s a requirement in order to enter a review. For the horrendous service, or should I say lack there of, I would give a no star rating!"
