"I had the same exact experience that both of the other reviewers had. I walked in and asked a simple question, and was given attitude. I asked if she could point me in the direction of the unisex scrubs, and she rudely replied "the men's scrubs are in the back whatever is there is what we have". So I say to myself, okay I'll just find what I'm looking for on my own. I should've just left after I was treated the way I was treated, but still browsed around and bought two scrub sets. I didn't try them on because I didn't want to ask anymore questions after the response I initially got to my first and only question. I got home and tried on one of the two sets, and it was too big. I took the tags off of the set that I tried on. I tried to exchange them and could only exchange the other set because the one I tried on didn't have the tags "intact". I have worked retail before, and most retail stores have tag guns. Those tags could've easily been reattached, and I would've still been a happy customer despite my initial bad experience. Needless to say I will not be recommending this store to anyone I know, nor will I be shopping at this store ever again. I will gladly give my money to Work n Gear, or buy my scrubs online."

"Unbelievable rude customer service. Having misheard return policy we intended to leave yet the cashier snapped at us “I tell MY employees to say ‘with tags on’.” With intense attitude. she continued telling us to read bottom of receipt with arms crossed intended to argue until blue in face. As full time hospital workers we will NEVER return here and mention this issue to anyone who asks us if we bought merchandise here."
