"Customer service is not that great. Store is busy with customers but not much staff to attend with. During deals times we have to wait a long time in line to complete the purchase. Even if they have in stock in the store room the staff say excuses to bring the product to the customer. When i enquired about a particular size they mentioned it is available but they cannot access it at the moment. They asked me to check back next week. Yes i am totally free and travel 25 mi every week to Addidas store. I feel this showroom has less display and options when compared to all other shoes stores in the outlet. Not going there again. Total waste of time."

"I don't need even like to give a star for a person who called a manager there. I had to return a online order but i already started my return process online by mistake , they asked me to call customer care and cancel return process for me to return in store. I did that and went there for second time , same person this time gave a very rude response saying they don't take return of online order without shoebox which she could have easily told last time itself. i had to pay for shoe box finally with fedex and send for return. she was polite enough to give me a box though for fedex return."

"Friendly staff. The prices are cheaper than average sneaker stores but the styles and sizes are very limited. They usually have odd colors and if you like that then they lll have a lot to offer. I like a simple blue or grey and that is hard to come by in here"
