"Went here on black friday. The staff was super duper rude. The person managing the line outside the store was yelling on people. We were standing in line for an hour. My friend wanted to go to restroom so he went outside of the line. There were people cutting the line all the time. But she asked my friend to go back and stand in line again. Upon arguing she did not let my friend in to the store just to feed her ego. This is not the way you treat your local customers. The lady didn’t stop cursing my friend even after he left. Apart from this, the collection was pathetic. I would just go to Wrentham next time."
