"The groomsmen for my wedding all got their suits from Miltons. The experience was seamless, we all met at the Braintree store and all 6 of them were able to get their suits measured. A few of them took them right from the store and the others got them tailored and shipped to their homes. There were no issues at all, and all of my friends were glad to get a new suit out of it."

"I was a groomsman for three separate weddings. For each one, we all got our suits and alterations through Milton’s. Each time I went to Milton’s for those weddings, the experience was always positive. So, when it came time for suits for my wedding, I went with Milton’s. Over the course of a year planning for my wedding, I had the pleasure of working with Mark Sarkis. I needed suits for 16 different people and Mark handled it beautifully. He was very accommodating, friendly, and patient with all of us. There were no issues. Everyone was able to get fitted on their own time without pushback. Out of town guests were allowed to submit their measurements and pick up their suit later! Plus, we got our alterations with time to spare. It was truly an stress-free experience! Mark even helped me pick a tie for my suit and I couldn’t be happier with the choice! Lastly, the suits were affordable and Mark helped me get a great deal on them!! "We lost a lot of respect for this location today. We have purchased a number of suits here and other clothing. However, after the discrimination and mocking of military personnel we witnessed today I'm not sure we will be back. We picked up an order we had placed a week ago, while waiting we overheard the staff mock three gentlemen who inquired about the military discount. My husband who served as an officer in the Army for over 6 years heard them as well and is really hurt. He loved going here for all of his dress wear but now he likely will find a new place to shop. On average he purchases 3 to 4 suits per year and other clothing in between. We purchased all of our mens wedding attire here too. We didn't bother speaking to the manager, they were right there laughing along; all of the staff who were standing around in that conversation were very rude in general."

"I was promised by the manager that if I waited to the end of the month is that everything would be on sale and he would have all my stuff for together and ready for me and nothing will be missing for my wedding. Today I went to pick up my jacket and realized that instead of selling me a Calvin Klein shirt with the rest of the Calvin Klein suit, he tried to slip in a shirt called proper instead. . This is absolutely unacceptable. If this is the kind of service that this place has I don’t want to ever walk in here ever again. All they could do is look at me like idiots and tell me they are sorry. This is for my wedding. Sorry doesn’t cut it. There is no discount on. There is no anything offered. They just said oh this other store might have it ( macys) if that’s your policy on your word your word it is garbage. I hope people read this and do not trust hell maybe just start with macy’s. Don’t trust what anyone is saying to you in there just get what you want when you see it otherwise it’ll be gone and there’s nothing you can do about it except collecting I’m sorry."

"A 10/10 shopping experience! My husband had to purchase his first suit at the last minute for an event only a week away. We took a trip up to Milton's and honestly, were prepared for an unpleasant experience of trying on a million items. However, as soon as we entered the store, Mai came up to us and offered to help. She took one look at him, picked out two suits, and sent him into the dressing room. She helped him pick out the entire fit from the tie to the shoes and he looked great! She even arranged for a last minute hem, so the suit would fit perfectly. Her knowledge, sense of humor, and efficiency made this whole experience fantastic.
