"Beautiful clean space but I was extremely disappointed upon arrival. I was excited to hear that Burlington was opening a new location in Braintree, MA. I decided to go check it out on their grand opening day. Sadly, you can tell that the execution was very unorganized. The staff was stressed out. They barely had any inventory. You think they would of been packed with a whole bunch of products for their first day but there were plenty of empty shelves. On top of that, there were several items that did not have price tags. I also heard that the first 100 customers on both grand opening day and Saturday would receive a $10 gift card but that was false. It was actually the first 50 customers on each day. Overall, it was a mess and was not a great experience. Hopefully, they can get it together soon."
