"My wife and I had come to the store on a vacation and the website said they had a pair in stock in store [the style was the Craybaen] It even said online "a few left" a different store told me that if it says that then they for sure had them. I asked the employee and she said oh no we don't have that, I said oh you didnt ask me what size or color we wanted in it and she goes oh what size I told her and she said ok we don't have that I said ok, it says online and she said show her so I showed her on my phone and she said ok I'll go look and she went to the back and said oh they must be going back they are stacked in the back. I said so we can't buy them she said "no.", I and my wife both have and still work in retail and the idea that she turned away a sale because they were "stacked up" was bonkers to us and even then we were going to buy 2 more pairs but my wife felt so offended that we just left and dropped a few hundred at a different store."

"Very bad ! , I bought a pair of nice shoes yesterday but i tried only the right shoe , and went home and tried those with my suit and then realised that left shoes was uncomfortable was smaller , i tried to return those today, but the cashier called jordan , said that he couldn’t return those shoes anymore because i had wear those once , ther rudest service I’ve ever had"

"They had plenty of shoes out but not one was my size that I was interested in which was a size 7. And I know it is a popular size shoe but for crying out loud this is Aldo. I was disappointed with the fact they had everything else going on in there even an accessory store next door of which was too pricy too. But the customers service was beautiful and professional is why this store still gets a five stars. Thank you. Ally reviews will be nothing but the truth as I see it."

"Over priced products, cheaply made. This particular store has the absolute worst customer service! I was trying to return a pair of boots and I had to return to the store 3 separate times to be able to return them! The girls at the counter are clueless and rude. The 2nd time I was trying to return the boots, they had a friend at the cash register that they were talking to and talking about a party or event or something instead of ringing her up. They also have the music up so loud you have to practically yell to be heard. By far the most frustrating experience!"
