When I was looking for rings for my girlfriend, a sales representative named Arifa helped me immensely to find the perfect one. She was very attentive, knowledgeable and polite during our iteration. Thanks to her, I had a fantastic shopping experience and purchased exactly what I was looking for."

The blonde lady at service guest desk was rude and could care less it was Christmas eve and they couldn't locate out gift. She was rude and miserable. Finally the Sweetest manager came to set a completely different mood."

"This is a large department store on the 1st and 2nd floor. Has a vast variety of branded men, women, children's clothes, accessories, shoes, perfumes & colognes, cosmetics, home ware, and allied things. See problems on attitude of staff, which must be addressed by management. Macy's is a name in the retail industry and should not be spoiled by a few individuals."

"On 10/25/2023 I went to this location to return a small item (Bobbi Brown makeup), after standing in line for 15mins I got to the front of the line where the associates recommend I take the item to cosmetics. Which I explained I have my receipt, my ID and debit card in hand so my transaction should be quick (which it took only 1 minute to complete). I approached associate JACKIE and she stated "I should have gone to cosmetics, and next time my return will not be accepted". Explained I only have one small item and was adequately prepare to process my transaction, which she stated "I don't care", and I will not be allowed to process any more returns at the customer service for makeup. She was also very rude to other customers who were waiting in line, very poor customer service."
