"Terrible customer service. The young girl working there with the bad perm and piercings throughout her face is horrible. I was trying to make an in store return for an online order. All I received from this individual was attitude and push back. She didn’t even try to help with the return of my online order. So when I asked for a manager, he came and was helpful but the same associate with the attitude was gossiping about me with her peers and I felt that was very inappropriate and disrespectful. At the end the manager was able to help me with me return. But this store needs a whole reset of employees. Very unprofessional. I will not be spending my holiday bucks here at Journey Braintree anymore."
