"Came in looking for a generator after i saw an ad they posted on facebook. The gentleman working was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t know a lot about generators and he took the time to help me research one and gave me a great deal. I didn’t know they bought jewelry and when i was at the counter checking out i asked them if they would make me an offer on my chain & I couldn’t believe how much it was worth.. i sold it and left there happier than ever. You dont see customer service like that at a lot of places anymore, this place is a hidden gem and i will absolutely be back! Jay is the man!"

"I showed up her thinking it was a different t business, instead of explaining I was in the wrong place, they pretended to be calling the person I was looking for to see what he offered. And they lied about what percentage of spot they were offering and argued that “90% melt” actually means “%90 of what the refinery pays us.” Meanwhile they were offering me %75 of melt. Responding to owner below: I left this mistake for the correct establishment. Why would I confused a pawnshop for the business next door which is not a pawn shop. I’m not an idiot, I can look at the pictures of your business and verify that I’m leaving a review for the correct business. If you guarantee the best prices, why didn’t you offer me a better price when I told you an online competitor offered me $500 more for the same gold? Also there’s a sign in your store offering people two dvds for minutes of their time. I wonder if they need to leave a 5 star review to get those DVDs?"

"Always thought it is mostly gold and jewelry. They have a lot of power tools. Also a lot of dvds, household electronics, and personal electronics. Personnel was helpful. A part was missing from the item we were interested in so they were very reasonable with the price. Overall pleased with experience."
