"This is my absolute favorite place to go for my jewelry. The young woman there is super kind and has a welcoming smile. 10/10 customer service. I asked if she could size my ring that I got from a small business quite a few years ago. It didn't fit anymore cause I was a young teenager when I got it. She was able to size it to my correct measurement right on the spot and it was amazingly priced. All my experiences here are amazing, everything is fairly priced and the work ethic and the customer service is phenomenal."

"This place is rarely open when it's supposed to be and you can't call them as they never answer their phone or empty their voicemail box. They guarantee work done but that doesn't mean much if there is never anyone there. This most recent attempt was made at 10:30 AM on Wednesday. According to the hours they have on Google they should have been open but again they weren't. I had a Watch repaired here and the repair was unsatisfactory. The watch would not keep time, and I made multiple attempts to try to bring it back, but the place is never open."

"I brought an important piece of jewelry here to be wire wrapped into a necklace. I was told it would only take a weekend to do, which was perfect because it was for my friends birthday. Before we left for a trip for her birthday 5 days later it had not been touched. When I came back from trip there was one piece of wire around it. 2 weeks later I still didn’t have it for Christmas, 2 weeks after that.. and calling multiple times and showing up multiple times I got the price of jewelry back wrapped. To say I am disappointed is an understatement, in no way could I give this as a gift. It has my friends dogs ashes in it. The wire wrapping is something I could have done myself and maybe even better. I will never recommend this place to anyone. From customer service to the whole experience if I could give zero stars I would. I’ve literally never left a review for anything but I was sick to my stomach over this entire experience. And felt like I was jerked around from the beginning. I now have to spend more money bringing it somewhere else."
