"Store is clean. seemed to have a good amount of items in stock. Asked for help finding few items, happened to be store manager. I was told "Yeah hold on" I asked for 2 items. response was " Don't have any". I know is harbor freight but at least attempt to show you have customer service skills especially as a member of management. No reason to be so short and act at though customers are a burden."
"Always Helpful. I've been to this store several times and an employee had always been available to help me. Not instantly, but the wait is never long and I've never had to hunt anyone down. I was looking at the great price and selection of air tools and discussed the difference between what they sold and the new cordless tools. The clerk was knowledgeable but I was incorrectly told the cordless guns required a CO2 cartridge, which would be a deal breaker for me. I still purchased the tools I needed at Harbor Freight and will shop there more often in the future. No clerk knows everything and the info was still better than what I often receive at the bigger box stores."
