"Visited the Kay's Jewelers today in the Mall of NH. We were greeted and served by MaryBeth. She is the assistant manager. We needed to get all of the information about the last 3 purchases I made over the last 3 years. The Concord location was of no help. MaryBeth assured me she could get this all sorted out and that she did... Got all of my information changed, corrected and updated. She also cleaned and inspected my girlfriends jewelry, put in to have her diamond earrings repaired (clasp would not work), and even showed us a nice ring that we purchased. MaryBeth did an excellent job and should be commended! I recommend anyone to visit this location and have her help you with your next jewelery purchase... GREAT JOB MARYBETH!"

"My boyfriend bought me this beautiful 3 diamond necklace- I’m talking about eye catching sentimental kind of diamond necklace - from Kay’s- the clasp on this necklace is so tiny and a challenge to put it on myself and I have to get his help as well! I want to wear it everyday but I just don’t have the time or patience to put it on because of the clasp. I brought it here to see if they could somehow adjust it to make it easier to claps and they couldn’t!! Very disappointing!"
