"Very polite and helpful finding the items that we needed. Kind of a small store but clean and well displayed through out."

"Due to the pens being locked, I asked an employee at the front to help me. After 15 minutes of waiting/asking again I was sent back to wait again. It was another wait before someone unlocked pens for me. The quick in and out trip for pens was overall a 25 minute endeavor (not including checkout time). The staff was kind but I have no idea why nobody could help me if two of the employees were visibly just walking around saying "someone will be right over" even though I explained the situation. Again, the staff was lovely, they just seemed disorganized and confused on how to help me get pens. Maybe some music to listen too while waiting as well, the lack of radio was a bit odd lol (For context, the store wasn't very busy)"

"Absolutely great place to go. I get crafty and unique items that you cannot find Anywhere else The staff there are pretty genuine And helpful very positive attitudes Their bathrooms are mint If you're ever looking for a toilet and are not okay with just using the toilet anywhere else. Other than home I would stop there to use their toilet. And all good place to get stuff, great people. That work in the store. And their bathrooms are spotless. I think that deserves 5 stars. Keep it up!"

"Got this 7.5ft Christmas tree, 50% off and it’s absolutely gorgeous! Still haven’t decorated it yet but comes in interchangeable multi color and white lights. Finding a nice artificial Christmas tree is hard but Michaels has it!"
