"Good patient listener but at times sessions seem rushed and the office could do better with overall time management when appointment times are fixed. The office team though is very polite and flexible with changes / providing options and are prompt. I have been going to him over the past year and have been working with him to solve for a long standing issue. He is courteous and helpful and doesn't jump to immediate conclusions or treatments. He has personally taken the effort to call me when he gets early access to reports or when a message is left for him to call back ( without having to follow up ).
