They are great with kids and explain everything to them before they do anything. They are patient and make sure the kids are comfortable. "My sons started the Healthy Start Program at Norwood Pediatric Dentistry when they were 7.5 years old. This program has been such a great alternative to braces and traditional orthodontics for us! As someone who had braces twice as a child due to many dental issues, this program seemed too good to be true. It was hard to believe this alternative could correct large spaces between teeth and significant overbites with a mouth appliance worn at night and then actively 2 hours per day, but the results are nothing short of amazing! Now at 9 years old, both of my boys have beautiful straight teeth and their overbites are completely resolved. Now they just wear their mouth appliance at nighttime until all their permanent teeth come in. I love that since their teeth were corrected early, they will not need retainers later on. This program is so worth it for the results alone but also more economical than traditional braces. I highly recommend Norwood Pediatric Dentistry and the Healthy Start Program as a parent who has seen amazing results!"
