"We told them well ahead of time that our insurance had changed. They didn't ask for a new card and let us book an appointment for our 2 kids. We showed up early for our appointment and they had us sit down - all set. 10 minutes or so later, they tell us they don't accept our new insurance and we would have to pay up to $250 per kid out of pocket (with a generous 10% courtesy discount). Really frustrating to pull 2 kids of school and miss work over something that could have easily been communicated well before our appointment. My kids are nervous at the dentist to begin with and this experience doesn't help at all. Dr. Connors is great, but her front desk people have been rude to both my wife and I on several occasions."
"I would like to share my experience with Dr. Connors' practice. Initially, I was very pleased with the care my daughters received and I even referred two other families to the practice. However, my opinion changed last summer when I had to take a day off work to take my daughters to their annual appointment. Unfortunately, the appointment was cancelled a few days prior and I was unable to change my vacation day. After rescheduling, we encountered traffic on our way to the appointment. I called the office Ashly at the front desk to inform them of our potential lateness that if we were more than ten minutes late, we would not be seen. Unfortunately, we arrived twelve minutes late and were not accepted, despite our efforts to make it on time. We were disappointed and confused, and my daughters were upset that they could not attend their appointment. I contacted Dr. Connors to express my concerns and was told that the office policy was to not accept patients who arrive more than ten minutes late. I was instructed to call the front desk to reschedule the appointment. When I did, I was informed that Dr. Connors was no longer accepting us as patients. I feel frustrated and disappointed that my children have been caught up in this situation. It is insane that we are no longer welcome at the practice. What is the reason? Who knows.. Oh well we found a fantastic Dentist that my kids enjoy visiting, Affinity Dental!"
"I always have the best experiences here. From the front desk personnel to the dentist, everyone helps to make my children feel safe and comfortable compared to other experiences we have faced at other establishments. I will continue to have my children come here until they age out. Dr. Connors and her team are great at their jobs."
"I was referred to Connors Pediatric Dentistry by our family Dentist and when I called Connors Pediatric Dentistry More than 4 weeks ago to schedule an appointment for my 3 years old daughter, the receptionist who answer me named Ashly told me that Dr. Connors is fully booked and the earliest appointment will be on 12/20/2022 which is after 7 weeks. I Asked the receptionist if Dr. Connor can squeeze our child between any 2 appointment sooner as she is in pain but the answer was no. I had no choice but to accept this appointment at that time. yesterday my child was crying from her tooth and we visited our family dentist who advise us to call Connors Pediatric Dentistry and explain them that my daughter needs to be seen urgently. I called today and I got the most rude person on the phone who has no manners and 0% of humanity. She told me that my child can be seen by one of their hygienist on Dec 12, and Dr. Connors may will take a quick peek at her and she will cancel our Dec, 20th appointment. When I tried to explain her that my child needs to be seen today not in 10 days, she became hostile and rude telling me repeatedly " You understand" I corrected her at once explaining her it is not polite or kind to insult someone using this kind of stupid question. Few minutes later we were lucky to find a local and great Pediatric Dentistry at our town () who welcomed us at once. When I told the lady that my child in pain she put me on hold for 3 minutes I was told Canton Dental Group that my child can be seen by Dr. Julia today We drove to Canton Dental Group and met Dr. Julia who was so kind, and lovely person. Kudos to Canton Dental Group and Dr. Julia. Once I returned home I called Connors Pediatric Dentistry at once to inform them to remove us from their database.. Poor manners, rude staff and unkind dentist."
"I have brought my daughter here since she was 3 and she is now 12. We absolutely love Dr. Connors and all of the staff. My daughter is never nervous going to the dentist which makes my life a lot easier. When she was 4 she had to have oral surgery and again, Dr. Connors was truly amazing. If any of my friends are looking for a dentist for their children I send them here. The Dentist is traumatic for just about everyone but when you have a place like this the anxiety goes away. Thank you all for everything. Emily will see you soon for her cleaning :)"
