"4 years ago, this agency was recommended to me by my father after my previous agency relocated too far away. Turned out to be a great decision (thanks Dad!). Since the change, I have purchased 3 cars and Steve Palenscar has handled just about all of the painful RMV tasks that I have normally had to deal with. That includes having one of his guys wait in line at the RMV to get my plate for me! The 3rd and most recent vehicle purchase is what prompted me to write this review. I purchased a salvage (aka. totalled) car from an auction in Georgia, and soon learned that getting an out of state salvage car legally registered in MA is quite an ordeal.
