"Google Maps would not let me add an RV Dump station for this place, so since the RV Dump is located inside the Keene Water Treatment Facility, I'll comment here. The RV station is open Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday the hours are 7:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. There is no charge for dumping. When you pull into the gates, you will see a sign that states something to the effect, "Authorized Personnel Only." Don't think that you are in the wrong place. You are not. Proceed on down through pass the gate, and you will find the RV dump station on the right. There might be a Septic Tank Company dumping right around the curve from you. If this is the case, you may need to wait until they leave before you can pull on out. Backing up is an option if you don't want to wait on them."
