"I'm not impressed! I had to exchange a Carhart sweatshirt for a smaller size. Same exact shirt only 1 size smaller. It was a gift, so no receipt was had. Because there was not a receipt, WE had to pay an additional $18!! Just does not make sense... exchanging an item that is exactly the same, just a different size."
