Reviews
"Johnathon Farez installed my cabinets on Dec 27th and I would highly recommend him. He was on time, very professional, did great work and cleaned up before he left. He had another man working with him who was also very good. I would use Johnathon in the future."
"Joe at the Cabinets To Go Cranston location provided us with fantastic service from the point of design throughout the completion of the project! He'll be our go to guy for ALL future projects!"
"Very informative, took the time to listen to my needs, did an excellent job with layout plans, provided a reasonable estimate, provided samples of cabinet color to show customer, would highly recommend at least giving them a look. Cabinets made is the USA, reasonable turnaround time too."
"I highly recommend Joe Dipietro at Cabinets to Go in Cranston,RI. He was wonderful to work with. He listened to everything we wanted and offered his opinion when asked. He was not pushy at all and we really appreciated that. We sat with him on several occasions to make sure everything was what we wanted because he wanted us to have the kitchen of our dreams. Thank you."
"Originally, i had given Cabinets To Go a very positing review. But recent events have forced me to reconsider that opinion and amend my previpus statement. This new review is to help others understand the true nature of this company. Joe DiPeitro is still the best point of sale perfusion you child hope to work with. But that's about as far as CTG had to offer in terms of "pleasant customer experience" goes. Here's why. When i 1st ordered my cabinets, i was told the delivery time would be 7-10 days. I was told this verbally. When the time frame part and i didn't have my cabinets, i called the store. They told me the cabinets were ready, but the pull handles were on backorder, and they were waiting for the handles to arrive befit they would deliver. CTG should know better than to hold up a renovation project because of pull handles. A handle can be installed anytime after the cabinets get installed. Any consumer with 1/2 brain can do it without needing a contractor. There's no reason to hold back the larger, more important factor of getting the cabinets installed in a timely manner because 6 handles are backordered. Very bad decision making, in my opinion. Then my wife called to ask when the cabinets would arrive. Byana, the me store manager, "promised" my wife they would be here next week. Next week came and went and we all didn't have cabinets. We had arranged for a contractor to install the cabinets based on Byana's promise. When they didn't come on a promised the contractor has Ajay moved on to other jobs. At this point, i became irritated. The project was being schedule- furniture was being delivered, the rug was already scheduled to be installed and the cabinets were supposed to be finished before the rug went down. So i called the store, they gave me a nonsense response about how delivery isn't within their control, and i had to call the customer service number to the main office in Tennessee. So i did and they were very rude and less than helpful. I informed them CTG made promises about my delivery and never can't through, instead of trying to resolve my issue i was told " cabinets to go doesn't make promises, got signed a contract that states "delivery can take 3 weeks" and that was all she was willing to do. CTG would rather hide behind legal small print (that nobody ever reads) than provide any modicum of customer service. I called the local store back to tell them about my experience. Bryana seemed to be concerned and told me she'd call them and she what she could do. 2 days went by and i didn't hear anything, so i called Byana, again. She apologized and said the cabinets would be delivered Thursday of this week. I asked her pointedly, " are you sure? Because i have another person lined up to install them and they need to be here. Thursday came and went and i STILL didn't have my cabinets. This was the 3rd broken promise by CTG. I emailed Byana and told her how disappointed i was and asked her to call me asap to see what she would do to make it right. She never responded to my email, so i called the store, again. Byana said, " can i call you right back i have customers standing in front of me" ? Naturally, i said yes. I can't force her to speak with meShe never called me back. I still don't have my cabinets and I'm nowhere closer to having this issue resloved. I want the cabinets, and i want this project to be finished before the holiday season starts as we have family coming that week be staying in that room. But i have no idea if / when the cabinets will be here and i can't schedule anyone to install them because i don't know when they will arrive. CTG sells very nice products , just don't expect to receive them anytime soon and certainly do not expect any type of customer service if you have an issue. If you decide the price point of your next project is worth the risk of dealing with CTG do yourself a favor and talk directly to Joe, but be very sure you read the fine print and don't expect any type of help once you've paid for your items. Cabinets arrived in flat box"
