"I was on a speaking tour with stops in Providence and Boston on August 14 and 15. Needed more copies of handouts. After lunch at Panera Bread, I noticed the Staples. Walked in the beautiful, sparkling clean well-organized Staples to meet Mel, Audra and Whitney handling orders in the busy Copy and Print shop. Much appreciation to them for helping me with my color and b/w order of 100 copies I needed to walk away with. They made it happen. Girl power in action. Love it!"

"7/29/2023 Today, my son and I went to Staples to have something printed. Dave who was working in the print copy area helped us out. He was courteous, friendly and polite. "Ever since they got a new Printing Manager in the morning, things take forever or are just wrong now, or she just doesn't listen to what the customers needs are and wants to pass it on to being sent out to be worked on when it can be done in house I been doing business here for many years and I pretty much get the Same service done (copys or enlargements of paperwork) - I will be going to a different staples or a competitor- Making a copy shouldn't be this hard"

"The customer service is very poor, there is lack of communication between employees, employees doesn't value customer times, waited two hours for print work, all because associate needed a lunch break, disregard for customer needs, very clean, but service can be a lot better."
