"I was picking up an online order, I asked one of the ladies at the front to help me. She radioed to the back my name, and a man then emerged stating there was no order under that name. I suggested a different last name since I recently got married and not all my accounts reflect my new last name. He was extremely rude the whole time and belittled me on multiple occasions in front of other customers and staff. Repeatedly shouting "how can you not know your own name." I left the store in tears, the woman at the front was also treated poorly by this man and was the only one nice to me in the whole store."

"My husband bought me a Silpat at this store and was charged $8 more than the list price on the Williams-Sonoma website (NOT amazon!). The price on the website is $28.95 and he paid $36.95. Make sure you know what you should be paying before you shop here or you may be overcharged."

"I had a horrible experience trying to purchase a rather expensive item through this store. Spoke with 'Joe" who said he would honor a 20% off. The next day when we went to purchase it, they would not honor the 20 % off anymore. They told me to apply for a credit card and get the number and call them back today and i would get the 20% off. against my better judgement I applied only to find out it would be another two weeks til we heard from the credit card company for approval, we would not hear today like they said. With two misleading information pieces I would not trust this store at all."

"Great selection of items...just about anything you need for the kitchen can be found here. The trade-off for that convenience are the prices. Folks, W-S ain't cheap! I found the staff to be really lovely, especially when they offered us samples of cake. When my companion said that she had celiac disease, the sales associate made a special effort to find gluten-free samples. Very kind!"
