"Pretty typical dollar tree. Although there was quite a bit of stocking in need and boxes scattered about. Days can be busy, so that can be understood. I was pretty disappointed with a packet of 12 inch zip ties I bought ( admittedly, I wasn't expecting a lot). Each one of them broke into pieces when I looped them. Not even any force or tightening applied. They just snapped into pieces. The plastic was very brittle and total garbage. I've never ever seen this before. Perhaps it was a faulty batch. That said, avoid the zip ties. No other complaints noted."
"horrible place to shop. cashier was rude when i tried bringing the shopping cart outside, she yelled and said "the cart doesnt go outside". older woman with brown hair. store was a mess and i could not find many of the things i came in for."
"As I was checking out I asked the cashier if there was cash back and she responded yes then when I inserted my card I also asked the cashier if $50 was OK to take out and she explained that yes It is and if she does not have it in her draw she will call her manager which she proceeded to do after charging me $54.14. When the manager came the cashier told her I wanted cash back and the manager said no we can’t do cashback then I explained that I was already charged. I gave her my receipt and she said “you know We are not a bank and I just opened her draw so she does not have enough to give cash back.” She made the cashier and I feel very uncomfortable! Now I’ve worked in retail and the cashier is new so I didn’t want her to get in trouble but the manager that is working at 4:30 pm on a Saturday needs to have more respect towards her customers. I do not need to be told that a dollar store is not a bank, I wasn’t able to go to a bank right now and needed the cash. It is not the cashiers fault, she explained her job and did exactly what she trained for! I was nice about it and apologized taking the fault but that female manager was rude about it."
"Went to this location a few weeks ago and the shelves were nearly empty. They didn't have anything I came for, and the management here was clueless when I asked them for three items I needed. The store is absolutely disgusting with stains all over the carpet, random boxes full of cardboard scattered throughout the aisles, and debris scattered all over the rug."
"Place is a mess. Boxes everywhere and stuff all over the floor. Sorta like they just built the place and they were in the middle of stocking the shelves. One cashier open when I went. Stains on the floor from water leakages. Lots of cool stuff here though. The other location is better."
