"Hi, my name is Mike R. I am 68 years old. I have trained at Pence Self Defense Academy for the past 20 years. From my first class I knew this was the school for me. Professor Pence has been my instructor, though I have learned from all who have passed through his doors. The anatomy of our bodies and the education of our minds have taught me life long lessons. The newest students begin as white belts. Someone who is ready to learn new ideas which have been around since 520 BC. Battle tested over time, and continues to this day. We are always learning something new. Professor Pence is a phenomenal teacher always mixing things up, to get the most out of every class. We always joke around how class time flies by.
