"This place is always late. My expectations are low and yet never quite low enough. Sometimes they contact you and sometimes they don’t. Sometimes it’s 20m late and sometimes it’s 45m late."

"First & last time using this service. They were about 20 minutes late with poor communication and the driver didn’t follow directions so I had to go looking for him. Food was hot but dried out and the sauce —the sauce that makes this sandwich amazing and worth paying $22 for—was missing. Customer service was slow to answer (6 minute hold) and apologetic about being short staffed but otherwise unhelpful. They offered a $5 coupon if I want to come back. That will not be happening."

"Horrible app to drive for. Lowest base pay in the industry and a live dispatch team that will attempt to bully you into taking orders that pay less than 10/hr. Also should be shut down as they have no alcohol training and drivers simply leave full bottles of alcohol at people's doors without verifying I'd. When I expressed concerns in doing these deliverys as there was no solid instruction on how to safely complete them they told me either do the deliverys or drive for someone else.."

"Ordered food at 8:30, food was made by the restaurant at 8:40, and food wasn't delivered until 10:00. The food was legitimately cold by the time it arrived, and all we got from the CarHop employee over the phone was a lackluster apology. $15 in fees plus tip should warrant food being delivered on time, and warm, not an hour and a half late, and ice cold. Would not recommend using CarHop unless you like poor customer service and cold food."
