"I've emailed them several times about a refund I was supposed to receive. They claim I got the refund but when asked for proof they only show me when I purchased the item. Been trying to contact someone for months. I call and no answer. They don't even have a voicemail. I can say this was a huge mistake as they made it seem like you're paying for the actual cost of the furniture and not paying thousands more than what it costs. The furniture I have is not worth the amount of money they cost. Ridiculous."

"I can say my wife and I have used them many times and we are very satisfied we have never had anyone yell or become rude on the phone with us . Used them and paid off the item before their 120 day term comes up and your good . They were very nice people and would use them again . People pay your bills and your good and read the fine print . Don’t blame the company because you chose not to pay your bills ."

"I have been dealing with them since December to come pick up the couches I leased from bobs. It's now almost april!! Still no result at all. Serious lack of communication and worst customer service I have ever experienced! There is absolutely no excuse for there poor service. Strong suggest you save yourself the headache and don't go to them for anything!!"

"This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with any financial institution. I rented a couch from Bob's Furniture through this company and when it was time to cancel the contract and have them come and pick up the couch they would not respond to any phone calls from a manager's level all the way up to a district regional manager I think a month is more than reasonable for them to come and pick up their merchandise after cancelling the contract and then expecting you to pay another month rent because they cannot pick it up in a timely manner this is not over with I am still not receiving any kind of phone calls back about this issue. I am going to make it known even to Bob's Store on how ridiculous this company is."
