"I am a very happy multi purchase client for Italmoda. The staff are just incredible to work with and go the extra mile or more to satisfy customers. My sectional couch has withstood the test of time and three cats, still looking great. I recently purchased a new recliner, Fjords, to go with a previously purchased recliner also from Italmoda/ Bassett. The pair of chairs completes my now fabulous sitting area. I highly recommend this establishment!!!"

"The website is SUPER misleading. As Colleen said below, this is not a Italmoda store. It is a Bassett store which carries fairly traditional furniture. You can order Italmoda furniture through them, but you can do that on many websites. I'm glad I read the reviews and called ahead. Will not be visiting."

"I am so happy we purchased our Roth coach from Italmoda. Derek worked with us closely to ensure that we knew our options and were satisfied. The furniture came from Belgium wrapped as if it were a precious irreplaceable item. The delivery team used heavy furniture protectors on the floor while setting up and they really took the time to do it right. I also purchased a BDI desk set, unbelievable as well. We are repeat customers! Just came home from more purchase for the family, great Kid's rugs at a reasonable price."

"I bought a Calligaris dining room set as well as a storage sofa bed from Italmoda Furniture in Nashua. The shopping experience there was wonderful - they actually went and moved several pieces of furniture around to actually see how my chosen pieces would look together. The sales person Derek helped me with the design and I am now using the design ideas recommended by him in my family room! He was very helpful and patient. Upon delivery, I noticed that one of the chairs had a minor dent on a leg. I called Italmoda store and they asked me to email pictures of the issue to their customer service. They did not even ask me one single question - their reply was simple: we will replace it; you will be contacted to with a delivery date. The replacement was quick and hassle-free. A great experience and I now have an Italian dining set! I've only had it for a couple of weeks so I cannot comment on long term quality, but so far so good!"
