"Love the clothes, dislike going in store. The fitting rooms are disgustingly dusty as if they are never actually cleaned (yes even during the pandemic), just clothes removed. The customer service is sub par and not consistent. I sent my sister here to get a Christmas gift for my son. I forgot how much I dislike going in store until she expressed how unimpressed she was by the service... The store was a mess and an associate was rude to her. Needless to say she didn't end up getting anything. Her experience is what prompted me to go ahead and drop a review."
