"Bought bra and underwear. God home to double check one bra was too tight and 2 underwear too big. Everything with tags. Never removed or tried to naked body. The manager was very nasty. Right away said, no we can not refind it. Asked for store credit, no. They told me that no one wants to wear someone else cloth. I would understand if I did that if i wore and then returned. But how come they allowed to try in store, you are wearing it!!!!!"

"I couldn't believe this place. They fitted my aunt for a bra, she felt uncomfortable about her weight and even being at the mall. Honestly, a racially diverse atmosphere was so refreshing to experience. The point is: *The clothing articles we liked were available in all sizes. *My size (which is medium and large) and my aunts [(unspecified X1-X5 size) of the same articles of clothing] were available. We were helped, we also had space. The dressing rooms have couches and or one seated comfortable (I guess that'd be up to you) padded chairs are available to sit in if you're with friends or family. The staff answers questions, they even laugh at jokes. I hope this company lasts, especially around here."

"The torrid store in Natick, while on the smaller side, has great staff. Extremely helpful and friendly. My child needed jeans for work and found some great options. We would have purchased more if there were more sizing options available. Some cute bra options did not accommodate larger than a DDD, and new jean sizes “short” was unavailable in store. You can purchase online and try on in store which is great if you can wait a week. We have three separate shipments so we will have to make multiple trips. Shipping to our home was no longer free over $100 which was odd as everything online stated free shipping over $75."

"Really nice clothes for us thick ladies, but the customer service needs to be improved. We were basically on our own looking for clothes, we were offered only one recommendation for a holiday outfit. We got locked out of the fitting room several times, since the door locks behind you. 4 stars for the clothes, but 3 stars for the ladies behind the counter. The store was basically empty!"

"staff was amazing! girl J with the yellow hair was so kind and helpful to this post-pregnancy momma who needed a new bra to fit her new body type and she never made me feel bad about my size which was amazing to feel comfortable in a store. I will be back!"
