"Absolutely love this store. I've been shopping here for decades and almost every time find something! Garden City is a great shopping area, but sometimes the JJill vibe is not great in this particular store. It seems to have gotten better and its still my go to for many occasions!"

"I shop J Jill regularly. New to the area, I happened to shop this location, regretfully twice, before discovering another JJill not too far away. What a huge difference! In the Massachusetts store I felt like I was back in J Jill with great customer service. I shop J Jill, basically wherever I find one, and have done so for 30 plus years. Shopping in Cranston was my first unpleasant experience with this company. I left both times with the distinct impression “they work here but they do not like their customers.” With the exception of ONE pleasant sales staff, the others were rude, condescending and unhelpful. If this Cranston store was my only option I would have to find another clothing store. Thankfully it is not."
