"Great quality clothing at reasonable prices but… GO EASY on the “customer service”. Remember, if you ask someone “can I help you” (or a reasonable facsimile) again and again and again and again… it turns people off. Yikes. Breathe. Let the people shop."
"I had purchased 12 pairs of Christmas pajamas this afternoon for family to wear on Christmas Eve & realized that my 2 elderly neighbors would be alone so I invited them over & they gladly accepted but realized I didn't have any pjs for them. I called the store right b4 closing to ask the girl if she'd put 2 more pair away for me & she she went & found them for me!! She was so polite & it was near closing so I know they were busy but she was so, polite. They were all very nice when I was there this afternoon too!!"
"I absolutely love This store. Just had my first grandchild and Carter's has all the latest fashions to keep my granddaughter looking so good. Prices are great also. Would recommend to anyone with newborns or small children."
"Love the store have been shopping here for years, had my first encounter with Shannon the other day and she was so unpleasant its making me consider shopping at a different location. I waited in line to do an exchange and she took me at her register but then started making comments how she was working on something else and how she had to back out of what she was doing to assist me. She was speaking as if i interrupted her and forced her to help me. She was not working alone, there were 3 other workers near her at the check out but SHE called next so I went. It was the most uncomfortable experience feeling as if a simple exchange for my child’s clothes was detrimental to her at the time. Even her co workers were side eyeing her thats how annoyed she sounded for helping me. It was unexpected to say the least that someone who works in such a cute store could be so miserable to help a long time customer. Oh and she assumed I wanted the exchange shipped to my house instead of a store pick up and sighed heavily then said how she would reverse it but it would take her some time so she told me to walk around the store in the mean while. Hopefully I never have to deal with her again."
"The garden City location of this store is absolutely amazing. The staff was super pleasant, helped me find everything I needed and offered suggestions. The inventory of items from preemie to childhood is impeccable! I'm so glad I had stopped here on visit and grabbed some much needed things! I'm definitely impressed."
