"Poor customer service in Cranston: whenever I walk into the Prov Place location I am greeted immediately (multiple times) and never hold things for long before offered to have a fitting room started or offered help finding something. At this Cranston location, I was not greeted or acknowledged once. No one offered to start a fitting room when I was visibly looking around with items to try on. The staff was more interested in chatting with each other about holiday plans than interacting with customers. This location used the yoga pant cubbies to store random items, like a single pair of yoga shorts. Multiple cubbies had mismatched style types in the same cubby. In the fitting room, the hanger for unwanted items was used to store extra hangers. This made it difficult to hang unwanted items for restocking. Finally, the sale section was unorganized. The Prov Place location hangs items up by similar styles, making browsing easier. Often frequenting the Prov Place location in the past and always being impressed by the impeccable customer service, I was very disappointed with this Cranston location."
