"Went there on a Saturday morning. Over 5 girls and no one asked if they could help, why would they since were too busy talking about their personal lives. I made eye contact with a few of them several times and smiled hoping it get assistance and only received indifference in return. Very surprised as other stores are nice and attentive."

Every item in the order arrived with security sensors still attached, which required me to drive over an hour to the closest Lulu store, endure embarrassment by the alarm blaring when I walked through the door, and ask the (very kind!) associates to remove the tags. They couldn't believe something like this would be overlooked and neither can I. Unbelievable oversight on the part of the staff here."
