Donnelly's Clothing

"I have used Donnelly's for years and although the clothing quality is great, the company is lacking in terms of efficiency. I typically ship to my home to not have to deal with them. But since my son got accepted into a new school, I ordered a pick-up to get it faster. I had a scheduled appointment at 230 to do a pick-up-only appointment. I hit a little traffic while on my way so I tried to call to let them know and the phone line rang busy every time. When I finally got there 7 minutes later, there was no one on the phone lines, and the place was nearly empty. Even so, it took them a half hour to bring me two boxes of uniforms that were already paid for. I advise learning your kids' measurements and shipping the uniforms to your house to avoid the trouble."

"I hate this place, I go out of my way to order from any of the store when possible even if it's more expensive which it never is. If they didn't have a monopoly on Catholic school uniforms in the state they would be out of business. Their prices are at least 20 to 30% higher for the same article of clothing from other uniform stores. Except you can't get it from other stores because they won't engrave your schools name on the shirts. The staff is usually apatheticapathetic. The computer ordering is archaic simple pickups can turn into waiting in line to get them to ring up something you've already paid for to clear it out of their system."

"Couldn't be less happy with the experience here. The young lady fitting my son was great however I specifically ordered a certain size in his uniform as they had draw strings to tighten the waste. Upon receiving my order this was not the case resulting in pants that do not fit and will need to modified to work for my son as they are gym apparel. Also whoever has decided on the policies and procedures for this establishment needs to rethink this. It should not take over an hour to pick up a box that I'm not having my son trying on. Especially during the start of school years there should be one person dedicated to non fitted pickups and you would have more than half of the people waiting on their way."

"It was my first time uniform shopping for my four year old and we had a great experience! Reading the previous reviews, I was so anxious to even walk into our appointment. From start to finish, the staff was friendly, accommodated our needs quickly, and within 10 days of ordering, our shirts arrived a few days before school starts.
