"Who the hell does inventory during business hours?!!!!? I worked at Hot Topic and we did inventory on Sundays after the store was closed. I would expect better from a store that considers themselves upper-class clothing. I don't blame the staff, I blame the company( unless the manager really did make the stupid decision to do inventory during the middle of the day and lose money over it)."
