"Horrible customer service, they left a security tag on a sale item I bought. I went back in order for it to come off C they couldn’t find my transaction based on the email I gave and needed the receipt . Granted didn’t have one, but they remember I beeped walking out but they couldn’t follow me due to policy. They are insinuating I was stealing D she finally said she’ll take it off and it was her mistake for leaving it in. Very passive aggressive and unprofessional.Take accountability for your mistakes , instead of deflecting it. It was an 11 dollar pair of pants… grow up."
