"I went in last night to exchange a pair of earrings that stones had fallen out. There were 2 associates a woman and a man. The woman asked me what I needed and when I told her I purchased the earrings not long ago but the stones have fallen out her demeanor completely changed. She asked me for a receipt and I told her I have a Pandora card and it’s on that account because I used it for purchase. She asked me for the card and I told her I don’t have it as I paid it off and cut it up. She then called a manager on the phone and says I have a customer looking for a refund, I never said I wanted a refund. I clearly stated an exchange as I love the earrings but the ones I received are faulty. She asked me do I shower, sleep with them rudely and I said no. Then she huffed and puffed when the gentleman corrected her while she was on the phone. Then in Spanish they began to ask each other about obtaining the original receipt from the system. She walks away and he very calmly attempts to finish to help me. He walks over to her and asks her the system is showing a different price than what I paid originally, what should he do and she starts yelling rudely “she has to pay the difference” multiple times. Apparently she doesn’t know Pandora guarantee policy that clearly states exchange for defective items up to 2 years with no additional cost. The man knew this and zeroed it out and was very nice and pleasant for the rest of my time there. I’ve been shopping here since they opened. The woman last night is rude and unprofessional. Should not be submitting her co-worker to that type of aggression. Very dissatisfied and disappointed experience."

"So to start off Iv been going here for years and never EVER experienced this walked in with my friend to shop for a birthday gift this gentleman named carol's (I’m pretty sure that was his name)was so helpful with us finding the right thing he so friendly like so helpful and I got this lady on the side only on her computer never said a word but whispered she not supposed to look that .. idk she had a nasty nasty attitude she obviously shouldn’t work for pandora if she gonna have an attitude like that god forbid if this man is to help me while you stand there and do absolutely nothing .. your rude and VERY unprofessional. Remind you I think this lady is a manager too terrible she should be happy I didn’t say anything to her but I gave her such a disgusted look Shame on you for poor customer services."

"Purchased a Pandora ring in Florida, lost the receipt and ring had general wear and tear. Pandora in Hyannis replaced it at no cost with amazing customer service!! Sweet staff and absolutely no trouble at all trying to work with me to find proof of purchase. They even gave me a bag to keep it in so it wouldn’t happen again!"

"Waited a long time for nothing!!!! There where 2 employees a gentlemen and what appeared to be a “manager” named Marcela I was waiting to be next, already had in mind what I wanted. She didn’t even bother to greet me or anything. Kept glancing over at me and saw I was waiting next in line. Whats funny is she took her sweet time. Then this other women literally had just gotten there had been waiting 5 minutes only while I had been waiting longer then 20 and she goes ahead and takes the other person. Very disappointed!!!!!"
