"I ordered two initial necklaces for over $120 each and they both discolored within two years. I would never recommend this company. The necklace on the right is from this company. It is black and discolored. I never wore in water or with lotion. The necklace on the right was gold filled from 40 years ago, no discoloring. Do not buy they have terrible customer service."
"If I could give zero stars for this company I would. My mother ordered a necklace for my daughter that was supposed to say “CJM”. Pictured is what was received. You cannot make out the initials at all. It’s unbelievable that a company that makes jewelry like this would even send that to someone. When contacting the company they state an “approval” design was sent but it was never sent or approved by anyone. Costumer service is awful. We have reported them to the better business bureau."
"Customer Service is trash. Can’t speak about their products as I cancelled the order."
"Mediocre jewelry. Terrible customer service. My first purchase was my last. As far as my not being a “customer” a gift purchase was made for me using my CC but in my husband’s name. As he didn’t have the time to address the issue of the poorly made ring I was sent for my birthday I contacted them and was told that they couldn’t talk to someone other than the purchaser about the issue in spite of the fact that I sent them a copy of the invoice in the email. In an industry where items are frequently given as gifts to brush off the concerns of a recipient even when they have proof of purchase is ludicrous. I should have contacted my CC company. They had no problem running my card but talking to me is an issue. And the ring is still trash."
