"I bought a second suit for my son in the men’s department store, one before the summer and one this week Both times nobody was there to help if you had a question or to just help you find the right suit I had to find on line the missing size for the pants and have them sent to me. Too bad because is in the mall and easily accessible, and they have good prices but it would be nice to bump into A love person that knows something about menswear, specially if you are spending $4/500.00 in 40 minutes Pretty bad"

"I walked in to ask a sales associate a question and she stared me up and down and gave me a very very disgusted look and explained the same thing to me four or five times just very slowly each time. I felt like she was judging me based on my appearance and I know when someone is doing that. She should of had a smile and been respectful but she looked at me like I just smacked her kid in the face and I was just asking for the manager and she wouldn’t even call for her and she just told me to go upstairs and figure it out myself. This lady was insufferable and if she’s reading this it’s time to get a different job."

"I have been shopping at Macy's for more than 25 years, and have spent a lot of money here. My son and his three friends were walking through the men's Macy's when a sales associate approached them and told them that they need to be accompanied by an adult. They replied that they are all college students and that they are indeed adults. The associate then turned to the one black man in the group of four and said that he especially needed to leave. The associate said, "You, I know your face. You need to leave!" The young man stated that she could not know his face because he had never been there before. He then asked if she was singling him out because he is black. A verbal altercation between the associate and the young man then ensued. The associate became angrier because the young men told her that they were going to leave a bad review. How much hate can someone have in their heart to do this????? Does this associate receive training?? Racism at Macy's!"

"I love the staff at my Macy's but I think they might be going out...I went in for a Mothers Day gift. Mom wanted some summer tops . Absolutely nothing. I've been in Women's clothing for 30 years. I was a Buyer. I feel bad for them. Marshals was so crowded in the same Mall."
