They did an excellent job and the turnaround time was extremely fast (especially for the holiday season). "Came down for the weekend of labor day for my birthday and bought my mother a ring which was sized for me and unfortunately it was the wrong size. I was very thrilled and did purchase other jewelry. The reason why I gave this 3 stars is because my mother and I came back hoping someone could fix this and I would have paid to have it fixed. Unfortunately nobody must have seen me standing there as he gave the woman a little attitude saying he wouldn't do it and have to send it out. Yet it was sized while I was there last time don't know if it was an off day but that was not the same experience the first time. I took the ring back and left pretty upset with how I was treated or the attitude I recieved for making a simple mistake."
