"I was so disappointed in the service at this location. I have been there many times and have made many purchase. On this particular Saturday I was looking for something they didn't seem to have in stock. The sales woman was trying to sell me something that was not close to what I was looking for, when I declined her remark to me was "maybe you should go to JC penny". Well you know I walked out to never to return to that place again and went up the street to Hannoush Jewelers who could have not been more accommodating and pleasing to meet my needs. Should properly educate your sales woman on how to keep a customer ."
