"I ordered a necklace for my daughter. Her shipping address is different from mine and the order went through. 10 days later I looked to see when and if the order was shipped and my order was cancelled. I call customer service and spoke to a supervisor who informed me that there was an email sent the next day letting me know that the order was cancelled due to the addresses being different. The email went to my spam- I had no other communication from them about this. At this point the item I ordered was not on sale anymore. When asked if they would honor the sale I was told no that the sale was over. This is the worst customer service and non consumer friendly company I have ever done business with. When I questioned this the supervisor was not helpful, condescending and rude. There are too many other retailers that I will take my business elsewhere."

"Mislead us and sold us a ring that wasn’t designed to be sized down 2 sizes without structural weakening. We wasted a lot of money and had to get a new ring from elsewhere because the one we bought keeps popping out diamonds."
