"When we first entered the shop, we were helped by Mary initially. Told her we were looking for a wedding band for myself, and she asked right away, before anything else, if she could polish my ring. Loved that she took the initiative so that I could see the ring properly with the wedding bands. she was very helpful without being pushy, which we definitely enjoyed as we have found at a lot of jewelry stores that they are just trying to make a deal. this was not the case at Hannoush Jewelers. We loved the customer service that we got there both from Mary and from Tiffany. We also love that it’s a family owned business. They had a wide selection of jewelry in the store, and the customer service was impeccable. We will write a review again. once we get our ring back as they are adding prongs to attach the two rings so that my wedding band will sit directly in between them.
