"I thought my car was totaled when a semi backed into it while making a delivery at PJ Kennedy & Sons. That driveway is notorious! This happened just before Thanksgiving and two weeks after putting in new $500 brakes. I did not have collision or rental coverage. PJ Kennedy gave me the name and phone number of the driver (a worker with no money or power) but not the vendor (whose insurance was actually liable). The detective at C11 was useless. Martin Lynch at M&S offered to repair the frame at no charge, and my insurance’s comprehensive coverage paid for the rear glass with zero deductible. Thanks to M&S, I was able to get my car back. You can’t put a price on that! Ten stars all the way."

"Refused to fix my truck or provide a quote just said he's too busy and too many things can go wrong. I can't judge his work because he refused to provide it. Just want people to be aware when calling they may refuse your work if it's not something they can charge the insurance companies for."
