"Horrible on going experience with this place. After getting in an accident, this was the body shop selected by my insurance. I dropped my car off Sept. 5th, I was told it would be ready in (10 business days), a month later I’m still waiting to get my car back, and I haven’t been given a definite answer on when my car will be ready for pick up. The initial estimate was $5000, it has now jumped to $9000. When I ever get my car back, I will NEVER bring my car here for ANYTHING EVER and I suggest you save yourself the frustration and bring your business else where."

"I would absolutely not recommended. Definitely felt like I was taken advantage of for the fact that I’m from out of state and that I was paying out of pocket for my repairs. I took in my car on a Monday and didn’t get it back for over a week later (i was told it would be done within two days). I was given an initial estimate that was not representative of the price I paid when I picked up my car because of extra parts and repairs that were made without contacting me until after the fact. Unprofessional and a huge lack of communication. Not to mention all of my belongings were shoved into my trunk with no regard. The front desk lady was nice though."

"Thoroughly impressed by this shop!! They were quick, professional, thorough, all at a great price. I brought my car in for body work and got a quote within 30 minutes. My neighbor hit my car and wanted to pay out of pocket so once the parts they needed to order had arrived they completed the work within 4 days. On top of that they cleaned and detailed my car and took care of a few other minor scratches on the outside. Hopefully I won't have to come back, but if I ever need work done again I know where I'm going! Thank you Boston Body Work Team!"
