"First and foremost father and son operation. Rafael the father has been working on cars for over 35 years and his son 20. These guys are exactly what you want from a mechanic I brought my car in asked for specific fixes and they got it done on time and didn't try the old well Sir you need this, this and this done too. While I was paying I had a chat with the father he has been in business for 30 years and does no marketing. It's all word of mouth, for me that speaks for itself. Thanks again Autosal. These guys speak both English and Spanish."
"I expected more seriousness from this place."
"The guys at Autosal are great! I’ve brought my cars in on various occasions. From oil changes, changing brake pads, and repairs after an accident. Rafael made the whole process a breeze. He helped with communication with the insurance companies and made sure I had a rental while they worked on the car. Whenever I bring the car for regular maintenance- it’s serviced quickly! Thank you Autosal!"
"I took my car because of a noise in the back, I left it for a whole day when they delivered it, the car was still the same. Upon inspection, the front stabilizer bars had been replaced. I came back under warranty and left my car for another day. And the answer was that the car did not have rear stabilizer bars. That they had put a little grease on the tires and that would be fine. But leaving the workshop the car was the same. I spent money on a $275 repair that was not done, plus the $80 Uber money and time. Plus what you spend on a new inspection and repair obviously in another workshop… Oh and more an oil change that they were not able to put a sticker with the oil information for the new change."
